Yoga in a chair is completely safe for seniors. It's good for young folks too. Some seniors don't need a chair at all but it's always good to have a great prop beside you. Learn the best path to complete holistic health by practicing chair yoga. You can modify any asana, practice pranayama, and reach new heights in meditation practice.

Aura has a wonderfully complete online chair yoga teacher training course for new or experienced yoga teachers. If you are a teacher with a 200 hour yoga certification under your belt, Aura has an upgrade course too. My point is your students will benefit from your guidance in this new field of yoga. You have one more avenue to teach improved health when you become a chair yoga teacher.
