Does anyone have any information about Yoga Therapy for PTSD? Need help for active military personnel and retired vets who have been completely exposed to warfare for months or years. Obviously, no names should be discussed, but looking for guidance, experience, and any place that is set up to meet the need on a completely confidential basis.

There is a group for this in Massachusetts. The Yoga Warriors classes are at the Central Mass Yoga and Wellness in West Boylston, MA.
