These are good tips. Some studios do charge a flat rate monthly fee, but many of the renters are small independent contractors. They can have difficult during the summer months. We work a 50/50 split with them.
Tai Chi, Qigong, Reiki, Meditation, personal trainers, and Pilates are your safest bet for peaceful co-existance. All of these groups will have respect for your space and work well with Yoga studios.
Who wants a group that is going to tear the place up or make a mess? Be careful who you bring in and make sure you completely trust them.
