Namaskar Yoga Fit,
Tomako's advice is very good.
You could develop a questionnaire for new clients who train privately.
This will help you design lesson plans that specifically address their needs.
It is true that each student we work with is an individual case.
Therefore, we may have a generalized lesson plan for students in good health between 18 - 30 years of age, but we may have to alter it due to pre-existing ailments, special needs, age, flexibility, past activity, and over all health.
Om Shanti,
Paul
