Hello,

This may be a little off the subject, but what do the rest of you do to prevent cancellations? I had someone make 4 appointments with me and constantly called up 30 minutes before the session to cancel. Do you have any policies to prevent this sort of thing? I have talked to personal trainers and hair stylists. They have the same problem.

The worst part is when two people want the same time slot and the first one gets it and then that client blows the appointment off. I am really curious to hear your opinions. Thank you and Namaste.
