Excellent suggestions all around. I totally agree with extended child pose, for rejuvination, instead of sivasana. Sivasana is too relaxing for the mind and body, if the rest of the class is practicing Sun Salutations or flows.
I would strategically move her to the back of the class, where she will not interupt the energy in the class.
In addition to your classes, this student should be encouraged to practice independently, if private lessons are not an option.
