Hi Nouf,
I really do not have much experience as an instructor having just graduated from Paul's course in July, but I wil try to help you. It sounds like these women are looking for a kind of intensive one week yoga course so they can go home and practice on their own. You could put something together if they give you enough notice with everthing included that you mentioned and then make the fee so it would cover your instruction and materials. Perhaps Paul could recommend some books these women should purchase to take home with them. I am a big fan of BKS Iyengar's "Yoga: The Path to Holistic Health" which Paul also recommends to his students. It is a big undertaking to create a course like this, but you sound willing and able to do it. I hope that someone a bit more experienced can add on to this. Good luck and let me know how it gs.
Namaste,
Jeann
