I appreciate your advice....I looked at the restorative course and it did look good...I'm thankful for your communications.....finances are not easy to come by here....as they are anywhere...so I really want to be sure I'm purchasing something reputable and worthwhile for my money- I actually saw the Aura Wellness course several months back but to be honest the "Camp in a Box" sounded gimmicky to me...and I was very skeptical. I looked for months at other courses...and found one out of Canada but it is more expensive...and although the curriculum was good I just wanted to keep looking...that's when I came across the Aura Wellness forum (I didn't notice it before) and began reading all the posts...it was actually the posts that made me look again at the course...
It is because of all of your posts here on the site that I am now seriously thinking of ordering the restorative course...the community here is very important to me- I have already read some excellent posts and can see that people here are serious about sharing their love of yoga with others...
honestly...yoga and meditation changed my entire life...I might even go as far as to say yoga and meditation SAVED my life....I came into both perimenopausal and ready to jump off a cliff....after just 2 weeks my stress level was reduced and I was able to sleep at night!
