You know, chocolate candy is rarely milk free, but if you get really dark stuff and pay attention to the label it ds exist.

That's good, because chocolate is considered a "super food" by some for it's antioxidant qualities. So chocolate is good for you! :D

There's a lot more I'd like to say about this, but Paul wrote an article about the matter of keeping a vegetarian diet that pretty much mirrors my opinion about it.
