This has been interesting to see this conversation develop. Paul's correspondence courses are honored by the Yoga Alliance for non-contact CEC units of existing Registered Yoga teachers. Yet, Yoga Alliance ds not bend on the contact hour policy for the RYT 200 standard. I was just on the phone with them this week.

It is so weird because this Yoga teacher course is very comprehensive. I had taken a fitness Yoga certification six years ago and we didn't learn all of these aspects. We didn't even have to do a practical exam or create a lesson plan. The fact is some of the fitness Yoga certifications are designed by fitness people who never taught Yoga a day in their life. Yet, Paul is the real deal. If you spend a half hour with him in person or on the phone you will learn so much.
