Gator,

Yes, the forms will be with me for a very long time I believe. You know, I always new something was missing from my martial art. For some reason I could never connect to it completely. Many times I'd wished my instructor would have been older; maybe he'd have been able to bring what was missing to the art or point us in some direction or another. Anyway, I am glad I ended up introducing myself to yoga; it is very fulfilling.

Take your pick Fargo ND is 125 miles north and Sioux Falls SD about 125 miles south. Calling either of these cities is, of course, relative. But hey, South Dakota is the only state in the 48 with no Interstate running through the capitol city.

What can I say, we have clean air and the oldest working force of any state in the nation! Did I mention no state income tax!

Thanks for the tip on the video's. I checked one out this AM.
