Namaste,

Just to inform, I delivered healthy 3.785kh baby boy on 6/2/09 by an emergency ceasarian section. This time round , we were so relieved there were no respiratory distress within 48 hours. They kept Vimal (our baby boy's name) for 8 days for observation in the icu side. They placed in on protein free diet, formula and slowly weaned him off to breast feeding on day 6. Blood results & all other tests r good. We have a follow through appointment march 11 just to ensure everything is ok.

I believe all the prayers from everyone, doing yoga & meditation certainly helped. Anyway doc's told me to be vigilent for 6 mths and try to completely go on breast feeding on demand as the blood result showed best.

Will keep u'll posted. We all hope for the best. Just embracing each day as it comes.

By the way for those who have long stays in hospital or wanting to prevent post natal depression, taking fish oil (salmon omega 3) in larger doses helps.
