Namaste everyone,
Sorry have not replied, have been very busy lately.
I agree both with Donna & Yoga.
In my case my doc advised me to exercise but at my own phase. I am doing slight back bend with the aid of the half wooden wheel structure in class- so no pressure is placed. I also tried light bends against the support of the wall and chairs. As for all forward and invert bends are quite alright.
Meditation helps quite a bit.
May I know what poses can i do with my 3 mth?
I tried this particular pose. Quite fun. I can't remember the pose name but let me describe it to you guys. Its a sitting position with legs apart slightly 45 deg and the hands grabbing the legs up slightly in the air with a slight forward bend. This my baby actually copies me. But he usually ds it while lying down and getting his feet up and trying to grab with his fingers. When i prop him up he is able to sustain for a while.
rgds,
Shanthi
