It is so good to know your baby and you are doing well!
You may have heard of this sequence before. The following poses can be done by all women after pregnancy, including those who've had Cesarean sections.
Triangle Pose (Trikonasana)
Downward-Facing Dog Pose (Adho Mukha Svanasana)
Marichi's Pose (Marichyasana I)
Modified Boat Pose (Navasana) - Go Easy or one leg at a time.
Cobra (Bhujangasana)
Locust Pose (Salambasana) - Go Easy or one leg at a time.
Legs-Up-the-Wall Pose (Vipariti Karini)
