Happy New Year!
I have had hardly any time at all to update. Vimal is doing great. He is going to be one on Feb 6. Time flies so fast! We also went to Chennai Ashram for our first spiritual trip in Sept. It was an enlightening trip & Vimal loved the journey.
Just an experience I wished to share. I have been doing yoga quite diligently for almost 9 years now and somewhere in July last year I hardly did any exercise for 3 months as was busy starting off my business and juggling with my baby. In the process, I did not realise I had lumbarludosis or my lower back spine became very straight and loss that curve and that gave pain to the lower back area, which I found out in Nov when suddenly I got my back jammed. As usual docs will say no vigorous or even yoga exercises but all I can say Yoga exercises heals, if you know how to do your exercises by having good judgement of your body. Ensure no pain shd occur during exercise and enjoy the poses. Now I make sure, I maintain that exercise routine no matter how busy it gets.
I am also very happy to say I finally found and have rented this place where the activity room is suitable for yoga practices & I start on 18/1/2010. I have been manifesting this thoughts over a 3 yr period now as to how nice the place where I work have an activity area where I could conduct yoga classes. So for those who are manifesting your thoughts don't give up as you keep thinking about it you will attract the positive vibes to fulfill those dreams.
Wising you'll once again a wonderful & prosperous 2010.
