Thank you for sharing this with us. You're in good hands with your Yoga teacher. In fact, every Iyengar teacher i know has good working knowledge of adapting a class for the needs of any student.
One thing to note: You are an experienced yogini who is also an intern to become a yoga teacher. This is much different from someone who just started yoga during pregnancy.
Many women think, "I'm pregnant - time to start yoga." They should talk to their doctor first. There is so much going on during pregnancy, but an experienced student, intern, or teacher will make good progress as she adapt her practice to her changing body.
Please keep us posted and let us know how you progress.
