Namaskar Steph,

So far, no state has regulations for Yoga teachers. Yoga teachers have been very good at self regulation. There are many Yoga teacher associations at the state level.

For Example:

California has: https://www.yogateachersassoc.org

Masachusetts has: https://www.massyoga.org/

There are many other organizations, but these are a sampling of the rest. Yoga teachers of all styles and certifications gather at these meetings to learn safe techniques, and to share knowledge.

This is a model for many other fields who are self regulating.

Om Shanti,

Paul
