Hi Steph,

I'm glad to see that you brought up a subject that most people answer as if they know what they are talking about. Commonly it is said Judith Lasater (who studied Iyengar yoga) is the sole authority on the subject. She is one of the most well known restorative yoga teachers but the therapeutic aspects of yoga come from the styles you mentioned and more. Aura, Sivananda, and Kripalu yoga teachers have a good grasp on the subject of therapeutic applications.

Kind Regards,
Hamed
