Very interesting! Ashpoo says chakras don't exist? Funny thing - Paul explained to me the the universal hum sound (Om) was once believed by skeptics to be part of Indian mythology. Radio telescopes can now hear it clearly. He also mentioned that Prana was also believed by skeptics to be a myth. Yet, your yoga mat is full of energy at the atomic level. Prana (energy) is everywhere.
If chakras don't exist, we don't have to read Ayurvedic and Chinese medical charts anymore. We could forget about acupuncture, acupressure, Shiatsu, and Reiki too. Another Funny thing - A technique from Chinese medicine (acupuncture) is recognized by western medicine and performed only by licensed health care providers. Fine needles are inserted into the body at specific points to induce anesthesia, relieve pain, or to treat many disorders. The Ayurvedic and Chinese medical charts are identical and they have chakras.
