I hope someone can help me with this one. I have a new student who is supposed to start on Friday. Sometimes I feel like I am over my head in different issues with students. My Yoga training intensive was about 50 hours, but we only learned about 25 postures and a few different yoga breathing exercises. I visit this site with baited breath. Seeing all the courses that will help me expand my education is something I have put off for too long.

Here's my question. What can this student do and what can she not do? I feel like I can't really deal with people unless they are in peak physical condition. And we never learned modifications, contraindications or adjustments. I really need help!
