Thank you Hamed. Both of your warnings make perfect sense. Funny thing, Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) and Dhanurasana (Bow Pose) are contraindicated for headaches.
Those who can manage to hyper-extend the neck and hold the posture for too long will create extra tension in the neck and shoulders. If one has an existing headache this would make it worse.
This is much similar to your warning about Warrior 1, but this warning could be carried over to Warrior 2 because of neck and shoulder tension.
