Hi teaching,
Thank you for that! I think most of us get a little defensive when considering the contraindications in yoga practice. There are yoga teachers who think the headstand is a cure all for everything. One was bragging about teaching headstand to her students over 75! Problem is the more you read the more careful you will be. Sorry but I don't want my students to get hurt. Your info about contraindications for headaches in yoga class really helps.
