Jeanne' is right that you should avoid Yoga postures that can cause headaches. Yoga can make you aware of a health condition very early in the game. This is a medical issue of some kind and a Yoga teacher can't make a diagnosis unless he or she is a physician. There are too many different things this could be.
You might try massaging your neck or getting a massage before your Yoga class. If there is no headache after a massage it is possibly just muscular tension that is causing the headache. If this dsn't go away you should contact a physician.
