WOW! When all else fails blame it on yoga. <img src=" title="Laughing" /> Well, Buddha had and BKS Iyengar has a big stomach. :P Can't say it came from yoga though. My guess is they both liked to eat.

Fat is stored in the stomach for many reasons. This could be genetic or it could be indigestion. When food isn't chewed or digested properly, it can cause the lower abdominal area to protrude outwards.

If you want, you can blame it on yoga. For that reason Kitty might want to try the Atkins diet or "heart attack diet," there was scant scientific evidence to back up the claims but 20 million people jumped on the band wagon.

Dr. Robert Atkins, the proponent of the low-carbohydrate diet, died of a heart attack.

Don't practice yoga though - it makes too much sense and it might might help you with your ailments.
