Namaskar Tehnyk2,
You are the third person to ask me about Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS) in the past month.
At this point, there is not a lot of information about Yoga for RLS, but postures which stretch the legs, and lower back, seem to constructively use energy and give RLS sufferers the most relief.
The asana most often mentioned for RLS is modified child's pose with the knees wide and arms extended forward as much as possible.
Spinal twists of all kinds, Triangle (Trikonasana), Seated Forward Bend (Paschimothanasana), and squeezing a pillow between the knees are also said to give relief.
However, you may want to develop a customized routine for RLS, which consumes energy by stretching the legs and lower back.
Lastly, one thing to consider is talking to your doctor about quinine sulfate. As with all drugs there are risks, but this may be an option.
May you be blessed with success and relief.
Om Shanti,
Paul
