Ultimately, steady pranayama lowers stress levels within your mind and body.
Yoga can't really make stress go away. It only helps you cope with anxiety. Stress is good, sometimes. Anxiety small doses, may help yoga students who live in the real world with pressure. Stress is the body's way of protecting you. Stress helps you become focused. Yoga asanas challenge you to take on physical stress. This keeps stress and anxiety under control. Yoga eliminates pressure in the muscles by stretching the entire structure. Then the mind begins to relax.
