<img decoding=" title="Laughing" /> 8)

Greetings!

For the past weeks, I have designed and implemented a college yoga class. Teaching 25 students of different levels has allowed me to formulate a yoga sequence that combines the details from our latest conversations.

My newest questions follow:

1. Is it possible to hold one session a week with complete vinyasa flow series and the other (for a Tuesday Thursday class) in meditation?

2. What are the most advanced poses for college level students who are beginners?

3. Are there teacher continue education yoga classes or workshops in my area near Philadelphia or the Poconos?

Thank you!

Maryann
