Hi Nickijoy,

When you combine the number of yoga postures with available props and changes to the wrist position, you have a huge number of modifications.In table pose, you could roll up your fingers into fists and you could go thumbs forward or thumbs in. You could come down to the floor with your forearms or use four blocks under the forearms to keep the spine level.

You could use Gripitz. For chair yoga students who might have trouble getting to the floor, you could use the seat of the chair, or bocks on it with forearms down. This only scratches the surface for one pose. I've seen Paul modify yoga positions based on the conditions of a student's health and it would require a camcorder to remember all of the variables for one position.
