Yoga for Inspiration

Why Become a Yoga Teacher? – Purpose

You see the changes Yoga has made in the lives of practitioners around you, but imagine them on a global scale. Now, let's consider your dreams, aspirations, and goals. Do you have a life purpose? Do you clearly know what your life goals are? Do you know what holds you back from pursuing your dreams?

Teaching Yoga for Happiness

Think back to a time of no responsibility, with a wide-eyed view of life and reality. When we were kids, how many of my friends said, "When I grow up, I'm going to become a Yoga teacher?" If memory serves me right, the answer is: "None."

Yoga in Practice: Taking Control of Your Life

They applied their knowledge, and that of their mentors, completely. They saw an opportunity, focused completely, and used every possible skill to accomplish the end result. A person with limited intelligence can easily accomplish much by making friends, creating partnerships, influencing, and applying what they have learned with complete focus. Should we give up and stop learning new ideas? Of course not, but we should see the value in applying what we learn.

The Purpose of Yoga: Cultivating More Seeds of Success Tips

Sages, Gurus, Swamis, and Yoga teachers, are available to guide you in a positive direction. Consult with one who is where you want to be. For example: If I want to be a better tennis player, I need a coach who understands how to improve my game. Coaches, teachers and mentors, help us find our way in life. As you continue being coached, you should censor your viewing of television, the Internet, books, and information. Why should you do this? Bad news sells lots of copy, but it is not good for the mind. We live at a time, when we know almost every bad news story on the planet. This has a toxic effect on us and our children.

Yoga: A World of Infinite Opportunities

Getting back to your competitors: Don't waste time on bad thoughts. You can easily co-exist in harmony with them, become friends, and learn from them. There is enough opportunity for everyone. This should be your mantra: Observe your competition, learn from their mistakes, and when possible, copy their success.
